Description:
In this book, the readers are invited into their personal journey of living through love in the heart, and to go deeper in their spiritual awakening. They are given insights for learning to stay mentally, spiritually, and emotionally grounded, in order to live life in a more fulfilled manner. The author explains the essential truths for arriving and living in a grounded place within the heart. The author further explains how living from that sacred space not only deeply heals ourselves, but also the world at large. This is expounded in the book as the most important essential truth of living. It is stated as the ultimate healing and the ultimate responsibility we have to ourselves and each other. The author develops, in depth, the essential messages and opportunities for ultimate healing and the related journey in which we all participate. In the book, the author explains this sacred journey begins with our divine God-connected selves at birth, as we are born into a state of knowing. It then continues us into a process of amnesia, where we become confused by the delusions of a false-self based in fear and ego protections. Coyote Trickster, the master ego-shape shifter, joins along the journey as the false self unfolds. The journey takes us into the soul lessons that we have contracted in this lifetime, where we navigate through the illusions of the fear-based self. Our Golden Chariot arrives, driven by our Higher-Self as our soul lessons unfold. Ultimately, this journey then returns us to the true heart-connected-self and our original birth-name of “Clarity” who is guided by her sister “Grace.” The author elaborates on a further point: during this journey, we create the reality by which we live, via our free-will. We do this by choosing the quality of emotional vibrations we send out into the world in every given moment. These vibrations begin with self and become ever-expanding ripples of energy that also affect the world around us. This “ripple effect,” and its essential lessons and our responsibilities are explained and woven throughout the book.Guided meditations are offered to take the readers deeper into their soul journey, their healing, and their resolutions. The author shares her own poetry to encourage the readers to connect more deeply with the soul messages of the book, and even their own poet within. A very unique point is that the author wrote the complete first draft during a five-day writer’s retreat, The Tom Bird Method: Write Your Book in Five Days, in Sedona, Arizona, led by an accomplished and talented author named Tom Bird. The author utilized an approaches to write from a creative right-brain orientation rather than writing from the more typical left-brained critical and analytical orientation. The author reveals that the book became a “living book” for her. The soul lessons conveyed in the writing appeared in very the experience of the writer’s retreat for her, challenging her to go further and deeper into her personal journey toward resolution. The author honors these sacred personal lessons by including them in the book. They are added during the moments they occurred in the writing retreat as well as post-retreat as this continued during revisions at her home in Baltimore, Maryland. The author refers to additional personal experiences and their invitations for healing the heart. This is intended to help connect the readers to those same universal themes of healing within their own hearts. The readers are encouraged to relate to their own lives, connect with their own personal stories, and threat the author’s stories as spiritual fables of the soul. The book begins with the voice of of the author’s younger self my younger self from late childhood, in her senior year of high school, speaking to her from her heart. She suggests that everyone has child-self that lies within their adult self who often carries the whispers of forgotten sacred expressions reflecting who we truly are.
