Linda Ward has grown up in the White Mountains of NH for over 40 years. At a very young age, her love of the outdoors and the legends surrounding the mysterious white mountains have urged her to climb the mountain ranges in search of evidence of these stories. After being asked repeatedly to share these adventures she began working on this book in 2008. Linda continues to write and hike while she plans her next great adventure.
