More Description"...Poetry is such a subjective and fickle creature. To each of us it means something different... The lines in this first volume of 'A Collection of Fallen Leaves' are a mixture of nonsensical verses, writings with dark and dramatic themes combined with incidental passages and poems about heartbreak and romance, along with poems of a more abstract and provocative nature. This collection showcases not only original graphic art and HDR photographs by Charles J I, it also conveys the randomness of his style. Some of the entries were inspired by people, places and things he knew, while others are fictional creations shaped from contrived, bypassing thoughts and ideas. Some entries were written on the fly, originally sent in an email to a potential friend and edited very sparingly thereafter, while others were labored on intensively for a deliberate purpose. Due to some lightly mature content, between the lines and out straight, it is recommended that discretion be taken." - Charles J I*For another work by this writer see: 'The one Less Traveled, -Autumn 1959-'
