Introduction Some say they've been around forever; that they're part of the equation - part of our world; just a new twist on an old phenomenon. But if that's true - no one seems to know who, or what they are, because there are no records to that end. Oh, sure, throughout history people have reported seeing them - having encounters with them, but that's about as far as it ever seems to go. Maybe there's a reason for that. Maybe - just maybe - no one can get close enough to them to make a viable determination. What do you think? I don't know what to think, but after my brush with one, it's safe to say that I'm not holding a one-on-one investigation. Too chicken! I'll leave that to someone with more - shall we say - grit. I will say this about my encounter - it was pretty stereotypical, pretty much what everyone else reports after having an encounter, with a few variations. Beyond bizarre, it was one of the creepiest experiences of my life.
