God has given all nations who needed a prophet, a messenger. For the people who were in "bondage" for "four hundred" years had to have one as well, since they never received one, after they had been brought into this strange land that is not ruled by their own people. Allah would take one from among "us" within that nation and give him wisdom so he can teach his people. Moses was taught by the scientist that a prophet would be similar to him that would be brought forth. The Scientist did not give any name but you can tell by the scripture that the prophecy is related to Elijah Muhammad.
