I am willing to testify under oath that a description of Early Rind TOE is harder for me to write than the book. Trying one. TOE is an acronym for Theory Of Everything. More DescriptionI am willing to testify under oath that a description of Early Rind TOE is harder for me to write than the book. Trying one. TOE is an acronym for Theory Of Everything. The Rind is a zone of consciousness not under ego's sway. I have only recently found this place myself-hence Early-though it's clear many throughout history have been aware of Rind, and have shown the way. Early Rind TOE celebrates the one liberty that cannot be taken from us-the freedom to grow more loving. If you are spiritually independent, I think you will find this a stimulating read. If you are religious with an open mind, the same. If you are tired of organized religion and scientific materialism shouting at each other instead of reasoning together, and/or you are interested in the nature of consciousness, and/or god theories, and/or baseball, and/or holodeks, and/or nature, and/or gaming, and/or growing more loving, I believe you will be stimulated. If you are a friend of Cam Vennard-the 14-year-old killed by a "selfishly directed loco motive"-you will learn more about his life and a disturbing fact about his death. If you are interested in autobiography, well, I've written some sentences that shook me up when I realized how true they were. As examples of the oft-hidden intricacies of cause and effect, maybe they will be helpful. Early Rind TOE is an attempt-everything known to the author considered-to make sense of the situation in which we find ourselves-to view life and death from a more inclusive POV. I am grateful to thinkers whose works inspire the wisdom to grow more loving. Cannot list them all, so will simply mention Augustine of Hippo, Lao Tzu, Zhuangzi, G. F. W. Hegel, Friedrich Nietzsche, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, William James, Martin Buber, Martin Heidegger, Werner Heisenberg, Carl Jung, Albert Einstein, and Jane Roberts. Gratitude to the aforementioned Augustine as well as Fritjof Capra, Henry Miller, and Robert Pirsig for innovating creative ways to combine spiritual/psychological/philosophical insights with narrative autobiography. I borrowed Nietzsche's aphoristic approach because-in my opinion-it enables authors and readers to swim more naturally in the stream of consciousness.
