When we launched in 2013 we were shocked to find that this, The Kiss by Gustav Klimt, rapidly became one of the most popular Fine Art notebooks we publish. Sure, it's an iconic image, but to be more of a hit than say Monet's Water Lilies or Van Gogh's Sunflowers is going some! Why? The passing of Valentine's Day soon gave us the answer - if you're looking for novel romantic gifts (and the budget isn't going to stretch to a bespoke diamond ring) what better than to simply give your loved-one a Kiss.
Women today do love Klimt's Art (our Tree of Life notebook is also very popular). With his opulent use of gold, Klimt is something of a late 19th Century Versace. So this is a small permanent gift which combines a kiss from you, some gold eloquence and a few tasteful flowers thrown in. It's the perfect small romantic gift for women!
