More DescriptionThe Ministry Training Guidelines and Resources Manual is designed for use with the video or audio discs to help potential leaders and assistants learn to lead a Small Group in the POM Workshop. The POM ministry is a breakthrough, healing ministry available to those who have already attended a Christian Principles to Freedom Seminar. The seminar teaching is only the beginning, or Phase I, of freedom from spiritual bondage. When participants learn the Biblical principles presented in the seminar, then they are ready for Phase II, which enables them to identify the personal strongholds that have held them captive for so long. Phase II is participation in the Process of Ministry Small Group Workshop, which is considered a vital follow-up ministry to the seminar. Groups meet in a comfortable, confidential setting, where leaders and assistants minister to three or four individuals. Release and healing come from sharing and then renouncing strongholds through prayer, breaking agreement with them once and for all. Past participants tell us they have received emotional, physical and spiritual healing as a result of attending these workshops!
