I am now healthy with no diabetes at, blood pressure is normal and cholesterol normal. The book was actually my journal. I kept track of everything. I did edit some lows due to the screaming and cursing I did. I have a two week plan in this book as well as a food list and recipes. I just hope itmay encourage you.
