This e-book contains 130 e-Learning Wall posters, designed to support the implementation of models-based practice in physical education through visual and written cues e.g. duty role descriptors in Sport Education. These are used by the teacher as a teaching and learning tool to help enhance the learning experience for students. The concept underpinning the Learning Wall is that children learn through audio, visual and kinesthetic means. It acts as a handrail for their learning.Physical Education teachers may decide to print posters or alternatively, they may form part of an e-learning platform e.g. display via a data projector and laptop in the gym or using iPads.This e-book seeks to scaffold the implementation of curriculum and instructional models in Senior Cycle Physical Education (SCPE) and represents the first publication of this nature from a uniquely Irish perspective.
