Relax, Reflect, Restore and Recover is a collection of meditation readings from diagnosis of breast cancer, through surgery, and during a period of radiation, and/or chemotherapy. The book is meant to be a companion for someone experiencing the entire process and the recovery period, as well. Each guided imagery meditation, poem or nondenominational prayer encourages a woman to relax, let go, and open up her heart to possibilities. Imagery stories meant to uplift and encourage, include, Grace, Gratitude, Dream, Angels, and Joy. Journaling is a suggested part of these meditations so that every woman shares her thoughts, emotions, hopes and dreams for the future. The four sections: Relax, Reflect, Restore and Recover focus on the positive and the future. Meditations in the Restore and Recover section include, Choices, Tomorrow and Take Control, supporting a breast cancer patient as she looks ahead to what she wants in her life. The readings encourage, focus on gratitude and positive thought, assisting a woman to weed out negative thoughts. These meditations travel with a woman from diagnosis to healing and renewal.
