The conference's aim was to give researchers, dealing with any aspect of European administrative law, the opportunity to present their work (in progress) and to encourage exchange between scholars in the field of European administrative law. The theme of the conference was the mutual (top-down and bottom-up) relation of EU administrative law and national administrative law. This volume contains a selection of papers presented at the conference. It has also been published as the 2009/2 issue of the Review of European Administrative Law.
