'The Balance of Justice' is a philosophical book which was inspired by a simple revelation that derived from a fairy tale called 'The Rainbow'. The color grey which portrays the tangible existence of a human reality, is epitomized in this book with equality and with equilibrium. But there is more to the paradox of the law of man, for it does not exist in the metaphysical reality. Hence the existence of mankind is a paradox equated with the principle of justice. However, the discussion of the rule of law in this book leads the reader to the tracts of morality, fairness, and justice. Any human social system which is deprived of the fine balance of justice, can be probably described as either anarchy or tyranny. However, the lack of both law and equity in a human society means that chaos has consumed the world of man to a point of destruction. Yet, only a human society which is living by the rule of law, both in theory and in practice, can find the bliss which is the harvest of social harmony. The balance of justice means the establishment of the law, but not without compassion. The rule of law is analogous to existentialism. When the rule of law is perceived as a non dynamic polarity, it is, then, associated with non existence. However, when the rule of law is constituted in a human society, regardless of its disputable motionlessness, the balance of justice proves that existence of a human being is supreme to the mere abstractions of heaven and hell. At the same length, The balance of justice reinforces the thesis that all human beings are invested with the karmic power of free will. Destiny hence is not prefixed. Evolution, furthermore, defuses the two absolute laws of heaven and hell, and by thus paves the way for the law of man to exist in an independent reality. Thus, the parallel realities of divine law and the jungle law are displayed in accordance with the gist of the rule of law.
