Podell, Albert (Author)
Albert Podell is an American writer and adventurer. He has a B.A. in government from Cornell University, was a graduate fellow in international relations at the University of Chicago, and holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law. He has had successful careers as a magazine editor, director of photography, creative director of an advertising agency and trial attorney.

Podell has written 300 magazine articles and co-wrote the adventure classic, Who Needs a Road. He is the author of Around the World in 50 Years, which chronicles his travels to all 196 countries in the world.
