Robert K. Tanenbaum was born in Brooklyn, New York. He received a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. He has been the Homicide Bureau Chief for the New York District Attorney's Office and Deputy Chief Counsel to the congressional committee's investigations into the assassinations of John F.
