We must know whether ego has any existential reality and action proceeding from it is limited because in itself is limited. Limited action brings regrets always.There is residue of incomplete experience which addds to the already burdened ego.Only "Insight" into inner things can save us from this danger.So everybody requires Self-inquiry.
