She is now the director of a writing centre and retreat in England. She also writes books for teenagers. Liz has returned to the same small town that she grew up in to raise her two daughters with her husband, Christoph. Valeria Docampo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication. She began drawing to try to capture the poetry of everyday things, like the expressions of children and pets. She now lives in Lyons, France and works full-time as a freelance children's illustrator.
