More DescriptionIs the Law of God Forever? Well, we have been told all of our lives that it has been fulfilled, because Jesus fulfilled the Law. He kept the Law for us, so that we don't have to. But does this really make any sense, if you truly think about it?If Jesus kept the Law for us, so that we don't have to, then wouldn't it make sense that the 10 Commandments are null and void? After all, they tell us the Law was nailed to the cross, right? Are we really sure about that? If the Commandments of God are done away with, then doesn't that mean we can steal, because that commandment doesn't apply to us anymore? Shouldn't we now be able to commit adultry without worrying about any penalty coming from the Lord? Why concern ourselves with honoring our Father and our Mother? And while we are at it, why not make some graven images for ourselves? After all the Law is not for us, because we are free in Christ... or so they tell us. Maybe this isn't the whole story. Maybe there is just a bit more to it. How about, we keep the 10 commandments, but don't worry about all that other stuff in the Old Testament, because that is "for the Jews?"I would ask you then, if you keep the big 10, then why are you not honoring the Sabbath day by keeping it Holy? There are NO verses anywhere in the Bible where God or Jesus changed the Sabbath from the seventh day to the first day of the week.We try to answer some of these controversial issues that cause so much seperation within the Body of Christ today. We pray you gain a deeper understanding of His Word.
