Meanwhile in the United States the FBI has just broken a black market ring which may have been responsible for the death of the President of the United States. Davin Pierce, a retired Army Master Sergeant working as a treasure hunter is on board the Phantom with his team. Unaware that they are about to lose what they have worked hard to recover.
