With each passing day, the 173D Airborne Brigade witnessed vast logistical improvements. The abundance of medical, subsistence, repair parts, lumber, and other common items was unique to the Iraqi theater in that the 173D Airborne Brigade had a direct Air Line of Communication (ALOC) back to Ramstein, Germany.
