The SJTs contained in this book have been through a rigorous appraisal process that brought together the experiences of over 50 doctors from varying levels and specialities, including multiple Foundation Training Programme Directors. This ensured that the scenarios, and their respective responses, were valid and relevant to both the SJT exam, and the Foundation Programme curriculum. The book also involved professionals with backgrounds inclusive of medical law, medical ethics, psychology and medical education, all of whom helped in sewing together realistic and challenging scenarios with valuable learning points.
