What gets in our way? Our perception of fairness for one and our blindness to so many paradigms at work in our lives that put us on the wrong side of the law or other authorities.

School counselors, program managers for prisons and juvenile facilities, teachers, and--most of all--parents need this navigation tool. Sadly, we have been addressing this problem at the back end of the process for decades.
