More DescriptionCareer success today is as important for individual employees as it is for organizations because it is associated with motivation, satisfaction and performance of employees at individual, group and organizational levels. Various factors are considered to be contributing towards career success from different aspects such as individual (personal factors) or institutional (organizational factors).Career success in Pakistan is an important issue that requires broad research. This study aims to design and implement a comprehensive model for career success and undergo an empirical research in order to further provide recommendations for improving career success factors.This study adopted quantitative approach to conduct an empirical investigation. Research framework includes major factors of career success based on recent literature. Data were collected using adopted questionnaires for each variable. Survey was done from a sample taken from various organizations in Punjab province under random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using various statistical techniques. Demographics were analyzed in the form of descriptive statistics. Research variables were analyzed using Multiple Regression analysis and Pearson Correlation analysis. Regression assumptions were tested which were fulfilled. Reliability and validity were also tested.Findings show that all the factors i.e., Perceived Organizational Support; Supervisory Support; Developmental Experience; Procedural Justice; Distributive Justice; Role Conflict; Role Ambiguity, perform significant role in "Career Success".Recommendations are provided after findings which intends to enhance understanding about how career success is influenced by factors of "Career Success" and help in making strategies for improving these factors. Limitations and future research directions are also stated.
