Through an extensive comparison with the neighboring cities of Argos, Mycenae, Asine, Midea and also the Heraion of Argos, and their contemporary development, important aspects and points of contact emerge for the entire region of the Argolis in this period of time. German description: Diese Veroffentlichung widmet sich der Analyse neuer Grabungsergebnisse in Tiryns, die unter Einbeziehung aller bisher bekannten archaologischen, epigraphischen und literarischen Zeugnisse erlauben, ein umfassendes Bild von Tiryns und seiner Kulte in archaischer Zeit zu skizzieren.
