Blamed for the fact that Germany was almost bankrupt from paying compensation to the Allies as a result of losing WW1, the resultant brutalising of the Jewish population was seen as ridding the country of blood-sucking parasites.For Rolf von Breusch, raised in Edinburgh, these events boded well for his return to his Homeland to become a cadet in the Weimar Army, where he became Dux of the Academy through one of the first of his many treacherous acts.
