Unfortunately Devin Slade, a Human outcast relegated to scavenging among the ruined surface, witnesses the destruction of a floating city that thousands of people once called home. His curiosity leads to him becoming the prime suspect and now Devin must work to clear his name, and survive a hostile environment. Meanwhile, aboard another floating city, an undercover agent of The Human Collective Government discovers a sinister plot that could mean the end of mankind's freedom and very existence. With so many things going wrong, the future of Phoenix One is in jeopardy. The collaboration of each race, Human and alien alike, is the only hope of survival.
