More DescriptionThis investigation demonstrates the influences of cultural groups and the investigator's cultural group in this paper. The biases can be examined as follows in this paper for the five Gemeinshaft Communities as to construct bias. This is a different perspective in an individualistic perspective instead of a collectivistic perspective. The social norms are based on a generalization of how people seek approval. The individualistic perspective could be examined by the self-actualization process to be motivated by the individual's personal ownership to collect and select his or her own natural selection to design identity, personality and human development based on the social perception and critical evaluation of aggression and the development of morality through emotion intensity. This conclusion focuses on the ability to understand the complexity of the system to examine and to evaluate. The bias can be constructed through experience, stand point and perspective. The African American experience can be determined by intelligence, process and principles.
