Van Over, Charles (Author)
Charles van Over is a chef and food consultant who invented a new and easy way to prepare bread perfectly each time.

Van Over has owned and operated the Restaurant du Village and Village Breads, and also taught grilling for the Beef Industry Council.

His book, The Best Bread Ever: Great Homemade Bread Using Your Food Processor won the Julia Child Book Award for First Book and the James Beard Foundation Book Award for Baking and Desserts.
