For all those unfortunate people who have had the sentence of insomnia for various reasons, I extend my heartfelt sympathy and wish that you find rewards in the hardship as I try to do. On those long nights the only thing I can do is think, pray or rearrange the contents of my refrigerator on a snack raid. For all those unfortunate people who have had the sentence of insomnia for various reasons, I extend my heartfelt sympathy and wish that you find rewards in the hardship as I try to do. On those long nights the only thing I can do is think, pray or rearrange the contents of my refrigerator on a snack raid. Sometimes I make notes while watching old movies, but then I can not always decipher them in the morning. I also have to be careful to resist ordering from telecomercials that seem to have much more importance when I am pondering my own existence for which I do not get an extra one absolutely free to give to a friend for only a small additional handling fee. I can, however, share a few musings without charge by writing them during the day.
