More DescriptionAs its title suggests, WORDS, is an unusual book, primarily because it has been authored by an architect whose amazing versatility imparts a freshness that should inspire the readers to try their own hand at exploring, like he has himself done, the fairyland of English.
This book is a four-in-one anthology of ¿Stray Musings¿ [Palpable ponderings on workaday experience], ¿Dictionary of de-ACRONYM-isation¿ [Acronyms-in-Reverse], ¿New Coinages¿ [Novel words inspired by exciting changes brought about by incredible high-tech changes in lifestyles], and ¿Poems¿ [Ontological odysseys into the epistemology of words and the form of Sonnets]. The verses in the ¿Poems¿ thus draw their purpose, meaning, and expression from the subject-matter suggested by the letters of the word that forms the poetized theme-titles such as Psychology, Philosophy, Engineering, and so on.
So inspiring are the contents of this thought-provoking book that the readers are bound to be persuaded to make ¿WORDS¿ a life-long literary companion to show them their native talent and to motivate them to develop it to full blossom as an artistic expression of their own unique creativity!
