More DescriptionFor any tourism enterprise¿energy, water and waste management costs are a significant component of their total costs. Increasingly as with society at large, the owners/operators of these businesses are becoming more aware that in the interests of long-term sustainability they have a responsibility to preserve and improve the environment. Adopting sensible, effective and efficient energy, water and waste management practices can result in substantial savings. The fundamental objective of this project was to customise and extend the `Tourism Enterprise Planning Simulator¿ (TEPS-V1.0) prototype to a fully functioning calculator/simulator, designed to support GG/Earthcheck operations and for use by tourism businesses.
