Here the boys discover a bottle at an Eddyville bank vault with a mysterious message inside from the unknown 'Bass family.' Clayton, Austin and new-found friend, Joanna, distribute their own bottles with messages in them as they travel along the Cumberland River. They wonder if they will ever get a chance to meet the elusive Bass family as a second message bottle from them is found.Grampy, Mom, Clayton, Austin, and Joanna stop in Nashville, the city that has the Cumberland River running through downtown.
