The Committee's report considers the complaints made against Mr Archy Kirkwood MP that he failed to declare details of payments and directorships in the Register of Members' Interests. The Committee agrees with the conclusions of the report by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards that the complaints have no substance, with certain minor exceptions in respect of which no further action is needed.
