Creativity and Gratitude Doodle Edition

Amy Oestreicher was an artist, performer, speaker, and writer. She was born on April 10, 1987. She endured tremendous health struggles and shared her experiences in an inspirational TEDx talk, "Detour." And gave two additional TEDx talks on transforming trauma through creativity. Amy wrote 2 books, My Beautiful Detour: An Unthinkable Journey from Gutless to Grateful (2019) and Creativity and Gratitude: Exercises and Inspiration for a Year of Art, Hope, and Healing (2021). Her career also included PTSD specialist, columnist for the Huffington Post, and international keynote speaker. Amy Oestreicher died on April 7, 2021 at the age of 33.
