S. Li is a Chinese author, born in 1984 in Guangzhou, China. He moved to the United States in 1989. He is a graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Biochemical Sciences, and an M.D. from the University of Massachusetts. His debut novel in entitled Transoceanic Lights. In 2016, he was selected as one of the U.S. National Book Foundation's 'five under 35' new writers to watch.
