Kiyoshi Nosu received his Ph.D. in electronics engineering form the University of Tokyo, Japan.
Nosu is Group Leader of the Coherent Lightwave Transmission Research Group, NTT Transmission Systems Laboratories, Japan. He is a member of the IEICE, the Japan Operation Research Society, the Japanese Society of Applied Physics, and was co-organizer of the ICC93 workshop on Photonic Networks.
