Heinz von Holzen is a Swiss-born entrepreneur, chef, restaurateur, adventurer and photographer. After moving to Singapore in 1985 to become a chef with the Hyatt Group, he mastered the art of professional food photography, which became a significant influence over the coming decades of his life.In 1990, von Holzen moved to Bali as the Executive Chef at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, where he met and married his Balinese wife, Puji. In Bali, Heinz also fell in love with the cuisines of Bali and Indonesia.
