More DescriptionCaptain Roberto "Berto" Castillo is the Superintendent of the only Police K-9 School in the Country of Yuñeco, South America. Berto has to fight the drug Cartel de la Selva Tropical at the same time he is rescuing people from dangerous situations. His first assignment in this story comes from a neighboring Police Chief whose department does not yet have a trailing dog. A boy is lost in a cave in the High Andes Mountains. Later, in coordination with four parachutists from the Yuñeco Army, Berto jumps at night landing as planned in the top of the giant canopy that covers the Amazon Rainforest some 100 feet above the ground. Their assignment is to take out a helicopter loaded with 600 pounds of cocaine. The anger of the leaders of the Cartel reaches a new high with this latest episode. They decide to send a hit squad to take out the family of Berto and his highly trained German Shepherd dog, Franz. Is it possible that Berto could lose his wife and three children to gunfire from Cartel hitmen? This third in the series of stories about a brave police captain and his famous German Shepherd trailing dog, Franz, is loaded with excitement and drama.
