Doshi, Neel (Author)
Neel Doshi studied engineering at MIT, and received his MBA from Wharton. He is one of the cofounders of Vega Factor, a company that helps organizations build high- performing, adaptive cultures. Former partner at McKinsey & Company and a founding member of a tech start-up. His hobbies are woodworking and photography. He and Lindsay McGregor are the authors of Primed to Perform: : How to Build the Highest Performing Cultures Through the Science of Total Motivation.
