Anne Mather is the pseudonym used by Mildred Grieveson (born October 10, 1946), a popular British author of over 160 romance novels. She also signed novels as Caroline Fleming and Cardine Fleming.

Mildred Grieveson began to write stories as a child. The first novel that she finished, Caroline (1965), was also her first published novel. Her book, Leopard in the Snow (1974), was developed into a 1978 film. her other works include: Stay Through the Night, Bedded for the Italian's Pleasure and His Forbidden Passion.
