More DescriptionSalvage is about encouraging the people of this world to stop leading robotic lives and to start functioning in this world as authentic human beings, with authentic lives. Its purpose is for others to challenge the status quo, and question everything around them including their higher purpose and why we are all here as individuals. Salvage aims to empower others to design a community that is based on love and compassion. A community that thrives on supporting each other where we are all interconnected, regardless of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or economic status. In Salvage, Rozene asks if we are living under a global dictatorship in the name of safety. She questions whether rules and regulations are made to support the privileged and the rich rather than people from lower socio-economic status. Rozene asks about the impacts of the coronavirus on our privacy, our freedom, and our right to free will. She continues to explore issues around spirituality, religion, identity, racism, mental health, disability, youth, and leadership. She asks questions of what we as a society should focus on in our present, unpredictable world. She looks at her personal experience regarding faith, and the importance of maintaining relationships with family, friends and support networks during challenging times. Rozene shows that as social beings, we all need human contact, especially when we are struggling with life. Salvage is Part II in the series and follows Abha Pillai's journey from Welcome to my Destiny: A Tale of Three Women.
