Volume 2 of the AATSP Professional Development Series is meant to anticipate and address questions and concerns of foreign language educators as they work to implement the new standards. In it, the contributing authors point out the current state of the art in the language teaching that are already in line with the standards, and they delineate and demonstrate the changes that are necessary to fully integrate the five C's in learning and teaching Spanish, planning curricula and lessons, and assessing the results.
