This book is a review of the Australian and international literature focusing on disability in relation to vocational education and training. The review focuses on enrolment and retention of students with disability and their transition from vocational education and training into employment. The book also focuses on disadvantage more broadly. The data in the book is based on a systematic review of academic and 'grey' literature from reports. There is an additional section which is concerned with how disadvantage and disability are defined in regulatory environments relevant to Australia. The book conclusions provide a discussion about how vocational education and training may be improved within New South Wales.
