Health, United States, 2012: With Special Feature on Emergency Care is the official report for 2012 by the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) DHHS Publication No. 2013-1232. Each report includes an executive summary, highlights, a chartbook, trend tables, extensive appendixes, and an index.
