Marie ( the main character ) died claiming justice. Today, justice has not been served.Alicia Garcia Valdez ( Aly Valdez ) was born on December 18, 1971, in Marianao a town in Havana, Cuba. She grew up in a small town on the outskirts of the capital called Punta Brava. In 1994 she left the island illegally, as a balsera (in a raft). Now she lives in the United States for 17 years now. She came to this country in the year 1995. One of her poems was selected within the top ten poems in the brief poems World competition in 2013. Her first book "Blue Rumor of the Solitary Blue Harp" was published in the Dominican Republic, reaching popularity among readers. She published her second collection of poems, "A thousand hidden poems in a sea of silence" in the city of Miami in June of 2013. This is her first published novel. Terror in the wilderness, is and will be the first of many publications that are yet to come from this writer who can not stop her pen.
