More DescriptionThis past March marked a new, enhanced, and focused direction for ANTSHE. Therefore, I feel it is appropriate for the spirit of ANTSHE and this journal to be "Turning of the Page". I am very pleased to be able to contribute to the bright new future of ANTSHE in addition to welcome a new Board of Directors of highly talented and
motivated professionals. This Nontrad Journal is one of the many steps that the Board of Directors and myself
has undertaken in order to reposition ANTSHE in the eyes of our academic professionals and student
membership as an academic resource for more than just an annual meeting or just something fun to look at.
With this in mind, that is why I am extremely proud to release this Nontrad Journal, a compilation of peer reviewed and approved submissions from academic professionals and students alike. This may be breaking from the norm, but today's non-traditional student is breaking from the norm of the traditional student in
colleges and universities across the country. Where else but this resource would you find works from nontraditional
students working on their undergraduate degrees to terminally degreed professionals studying at
Harvard and Cambridge Universities? The Nontrad Journal celebrates the successes of terminally degreed professionals as well as those still on their academic journey.
