Many of us struggle with doing things for ourselves. We are constantly in a rat race to help others. It is a selfless act to do for others and I encourage us to continue to do so. But, on the other hand, doing too much for others, leaves little to no room for ourselves. I wanted to create a journal that will give all of us a daily reminder and accountability to practice healthy habits such as self-love and self-care. I know that for many of us, taking care of ourselves comes second or even last but that approach has to end. We owe it to ourselves to do it for ourselves. We are not machines and we require more tuning up than they do. We need to show love to ourselves on a daily basis to maximize self-growth, confidence, and good mental, emotional and physical health. This journal will make dedicating 100 days of self-love to yourself feel like a walk in the park. It's time to recreate the best version of yourself and doing it for 100 days will help you transform into the person you were destined to be.
