Dr. Stutman is one of the world's foremost authorities on the medical benefits of walking as an ideal aerobic exercise. As a medical officer in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Stutman established one of the nation's first walking programs for heart attack patients. He has done extensive research in the fields of exercise physiology & diet & nutrition in his private medical practice & at the U.S. Naval Air Development Center. Dr. Stutman has written eight books & numerous articles on the medical benefits of walking as an aerobic exercise & on the health benefits of proper diet & nutrition.
