Writing has always been so therapeutic & transitional in the spaces of life especially emotions. Some of my most intimate thoughts, feelings, ideas, & creativity have been through the power of the pen.During the pandemic I went through constant lost of life, being overworked, overwhelmed, confused, & looking for ways to stay sane honestly in such unchartered times. One day I sat down for about an hour and really allowed myself to feel without any holding back. Over the course of the past 2 Years i created something truly special.Being able to express yourself in ways that are comfortable with a clear mind & heart is so essential especially in these day & times. So much of our being revolves around the emotions we have whether we share them or not.19 handwritten poems designed around19 specific emotions.I found it to be so healthy to release all that had been causing me to feel so many different things. In such a time of uncertainty for so many Including myself, writing really saved my sanity on so many levels & helped me produce some of my most personal works of art to date.This project is my most proudest, intimate, personal project yet. Out of the ashes of so much hurt, pain, lost, uncertainty, came 19 original works written by yours truly. My hope is that these works help you find your own voice, inspires your own journey, & promotes the healthiest expression you can possibly have.
