The cast includes werewolves, bungling petty criminals, and mutant law officers who operate outside the realm of normal. The first story, Yellow Car and Silver Bullets, tells about the meeting between three crooks who chase a mysterious individual named Juan who just may be a werewolf. In I Hate to Go an Italian-American special agent, Ray Konopski, arrives in London to settle a baffling case that leads him to cross paths with Juan. The final story, Tell Him, centers around Harper, a London bobby, who joins together with Konopski to solve a strange case surrounding Juan who just happened to murder him the night before.
